Pancakes, especially if you're aiming for the typical American breakfast pancakes are somewhat tricky to prepare.
The ingredients required are very basic and every recipe will tell you that it is so simple to make etc. But pancakes have that ‘consistency’ business that proves to be detrimental.

Laura Vitale says if you want more Pancakes, to double all the ingredients.
Go with your instinct and decrease or increase ingredients. The temperature and how long you let the batter rest plays a big role in consistency.
I’ve had way too many pancake disasters.
My sister Fari gave me a packet of Hersheys Chocolate chips which I used for this.
This is my midnight snack. I go to bed with a smile.
Consistency is everything, if the batter is watery you’ll get crepe like pancakes, if it’s too thick you feel like you can use it as a mini table mat.
If it’s too thick you can add a little bit more milk, but add by the table spoon.
I’ve also received a dinky camera from my sister, I really know now that my photography is improving.
