The Sandwich Factory has launched a scrumptious new breakfast menu. An easy to eat and simple menu with usual favourites such as omelettes, toast, bagels and burritos, Managing Director of TSF, Hisham Cader said that regular customers had requested for specific breakfast items to be introduced. “The menu is simple and nothing extravagant. We believe in quality breakfast at a very good value for money. We don’t want our customers to overspend on breakfast and we have kept the menu as reasonably priced as possible.”

The hearty menu comprises of four varieties of omelettes with delicious fillings such as cheese and onion, corned beef, Santa Fe chicken/beef and chili con carne beef/chicken. Spicy, yummy burritos dominate the menu as well with simple ingredients such as eggs, cheese, sausage, chicken or steak while bagels are served with eggs and cheese alone or steak with eggs and cheese.

The parfaits are a huge hit already, the Food Factor learned. Made with stirred yoghurt and granola (made by TSF themselves) with exciting toppings such as strawberry, blueberry, mango and banana, you can be assured of a comforting breakfast but a healthy one too. Freshly brewed coffee is served with every meal and it is kept as simple as possible. “We’re serving plain black coffee or coffee with milk, keeping it diner style,” explained Cader.

For the introductory period, there will be free coffee for a limited period. TSF believes in their customers coming in and indulging in a hearty breakfast just before heading off to work. “We want them to sit down and have a really good breakfast. Because after all, breakfast is the most important meal of the day.” An international brunch menu will be introduced depending on the customer response for the breakfast menu. The Sandwich Factory uses halal certified ingredients.
