Marking the celebrations for their 25th anniversary year, Hilton Colombo brings back the unforgettable competition, Sing for Your Supper to its hotel. The hotel’s rendition of the Karaoke Idol Competition is set to seek out the best talent and charisma onto their stage this year.

Sing for Your Supper is an engaging, fun, lively and entertaining platform for talented Karaoke singers to let loose and perform on stage at the Hilton Colombo.  Singers will have the opportunity to go down Hilton Colombo’s memory lane and select cherished and popular hits from 25 years of music. The karaoke stars will have the pleasure of entertaining fellow participants and their supporters in their journey leading to the finals with big wins and the final crown awaiting the winner.

Commenting on the launch of Sing for Your Supper, Gigi De Silva, Marketing Communications Manager, Hilton Colombo stated: ‘‘We would like to invite all our guests and visitors to join in on the competition and take centre stage at Sing for Your Supper. This year will be bigger and better than ever before as we celebrate our 25th jubilee.’’

Sing for Your Supper will commence on the 11th of May 2012 at the vibrant Colombo bar, the Stella Lounge at Hilton Colombo.  The infamous Karaoke competition is open to all guests and visitors to join in by signing up at the Hilton Colombo on the day of the rounds to perform their hearts out.  Every Friday of the month, 16 winners will be selected leading up to the semi finals on the 14th of September from which 8 participants will move on to the grand finals to battle out the win for the crown.

This is yet another colossal event for Hilton Colombo, as this year they celebrate 25 years of service excellence, continuing to be the trendsetters in the industry and delivering on Conrad Hilton’s vision of spreading the light and warmth of hospitality, in Sri Lanka.
