Why did you choose to start the store online?

With the current trend of life style, people look for convenience mainly due to their busy schedule.  In such an environment, providing people with the opportunity of shopping at their own homes is the main purpose of making our store online. They can shop at any given time through their laptops, tabs and mobiles.

 Describe some of the different collections you have?

We have our unique In-Store collections which are mostly single piece items. We have items starting from the simplest accessories such as chains, earrings, rings and bracelets to the most elegant dresses and evening wear. We have our collections under the categories of Tops, Dresses, Office Attire, Skirts, Bottoms, Beach Wear, Sportswear, Chains, Earrings, Rings, Hair Accessories, Belts, Bracelets, Belly Rings, Watches, Bags, Side Bags, Wallets, Clutches, Cosmetics, Nail Art, Plus Size Collection, Diva Collection and The Newest Early Bird Collection on Christmas and New Year Accessories & Outfits

How do you select each piece and where are they sourced from?

Each Piece is carefully selected and picked by our team in order to ensure that we have a unique collection. Our team goes through the tedious process of selecting the best for our Customers, while paying close attention to special requests of our Customers.

When the products are being selected we ensure that we look into Our Customers’ satisfaction and pick the best for them. All our products are sourced from all over the world. We have Products from Asian Countries, Europe and America.

Does the store offer any special deals/discounts?

We are currently conducting a promotional campaign on Christmas accessories and outfits named the Early Bird Collection where there is a 15% discount for all early birds when they pick their outfits from our Early Bird Christmas & New Year Collection.

Apart from that we introduce various discounts and offers from time to time in relation to various occasions and seasons.

How does the sale and delivery procedure work?

Customers can simply make their order by sending a message on our Facebook Page or emailing us on [email protected] with the product code after which we get back to them on the order details and the availability. All products are delivered to our Customers with free delivery within Colombo and standard courier charge for any other area in Sri Lanka.

How have sales been since starting the store, and what has the customer feedback been like?

Sales have been good since we started our Online Store in May. We are still a very young Online Store however the feedback we get from our customers is immense. They are really happy with the service provided to them and the products that are being given to them.

We have to thank all our customers for helping us get here. We have set ourselves a standard of quality and professionalism which we intend to maintain throughout in order to provide the best service to our Customers.

What can we expect from the store in the future? 

We hope to add more exciting, elegant products to our collection while we look into adding lingerie and shoes. We intend to do anything which is possible to make shopping more exciting and convenient for our Customers as we look forward to establishing a place in their wardrobes and in their Hearts!
