These are not expats, they are young native sri Lankan's and a few foreigners having a good time, enjoying themselves at this music festival.    American. What a load of rot. Don't insult people you have no idea where they are from or what they do. And I'de like to add in USA and European countries and developed Asian countries no one looks down on people for being garbage cleaners, laboureres or farmers or whatever like in Srilanka and other backward Asian countries.     This is a wonderful ad for Sri Lanka. We could crawl into our cocoons and live a pious life like some of the people in these columns want, but visitors to our country is essential for our survival and these modes of enjoyment does no harm but shows Sri Lanka as a fun place to visit.
