To entice more shoppers, there are plans to introduce a loyalty programs and discounts for customers. The team at Melama is in the process of coming up with unique offers to reward the most loyal customers.

To order from the store, simply send an email or message of the items required along with your address and phone number, delivery is promised within 7 working days in the Colombo area free of charge, with payment on collection.
For those living outside Colombo, payment must be made to the stores bank account. Items will then be delivered to the customer’s home for a nominal fee.

Melama Designs will soon be partnering with tickosens.com an online shopping mall which will allow customers to make online payments and ensure delivery free of charge, island wide.
The future of Melama Desings looks very bright indeed, with plans to introduce more acceresories in their collections and partner with an assorstment of companies to help ensure a smoother order and delivery process, it appears they can only go up from here.
