What’s the story behind the name ‘Lorendi’?
It’s called Lorendi because the lettering comprises my name Neroli Lorenz-Daniel.
A little on your fashion design career?
I’m a past pupil of the Lanka Institute of Fashion Technology and had the privilege of designing for international beauty pageants. This helped add to the great success of ‘Lorendi’.
Success of past collections?
Having launched the label on 22/08/2013, Lorendi is now successfully retailing at Beverly Street, Dilly’s , Cool Planet and the LIFT Designer wear boutique.
Your marketing strategy?
Lorendi is a designer brand aimed at ladies (of the age group of 15-35) who look for trendy and unique outfits. This clothing line caters to the most elegant ladies with a touch of exquisiteness, grace and unparalleled quality bringing out the inimitable beauty in you.
Special features of the brand?
I always offer only a limited number of pieces from each design on Casual, Semi-casual, Party, Office and Resort wear collections. These are made with the best fabrics at an affordable range because everyone deserves to look good...
The future?
I intend exploring the international market with my latest collection.
