Jacqueline Fernandez reveals her beauty regime

I caught up with Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez last month and quizzed her on her Fitness and Beauty regime.. After all, we could all use some handy tips for glowing skin like hers! Here’s her well kept beauty secrets.
 
 
 
Skin Care
 
 
 
Jacquie believe in clean skin and uses a good cleanser, toner and moisturizer. She has been using Dermalogica for years now and vouches for the fact that it is fabulous and works wonders on her acne prone skin. She always keeps her skin clean from dirt, grime and makeup.
 
Many women tend to sleep with makeup on after a late night out, however this is a beauty taboo. So however tired you may be, be sure to cleanse your skin completely before retiring for the night. In addition to this, Jacquie also exfoliates often (once in a fortnight) and is addicted to Rose Water Spray which she says hydrates the face and calms you down. 
 
 

Food

 

 
A huge advocate of eating healthy, Jacquie avoids fried food since it has no nutritional value and only aids in aggravating her skin. She enjoys a healthy meal and tries as much as possible to avoid sweets and sugar, maintaining a healthy body inside and out.
 
However if you have a sweet tooth and find it hard to give up Sugar completely – follow Jacquie’s cue and go organic! Organic supplements such as honey will keep your sweet tooth in check! Her food is cooked in Olive Oil and she makes sure to have sufficient protein in her diet. 
 

Exercise

 
 
 
Jacquie exercises daily and combines Yoga, Running and Dance into her program. She picks one for a different day of the week and doesn’t believe in hardcore training but does stress on the benefits of stretching in Yoga.
 
She prefers natural organic training like running. Stretching, dancing and basically anything that invigorates the mind. 
 

Hair

 

 
Having being blessed with great hair, Jacquie continues to maintain her hair since her hair comes under a lot of stress with the territory. Her hair is constantly being ironed, sprayed, curled or crimped, so maintenance is something she concentrates on.
 
Every two weeks, Jacquie checks into a Hair Spa, uses Morroccan Oil before a bath at home and eats lots and lots of nuts and fish. She makes sure her hair is always clean and conditioned.
