How has life changed, after winning Miss Sri Lanka for Miss World? It’s very important to represent the whole country and it’s a huge responsibility.

How were you as a kid? Sporty and active.

Would you try acting? Not as yet.

What’s the best compliment you’ve ever received? So many people congratulated me saying “You deserved it” after winning the crown of Miss Sri Lanka for Miss World 2014.

What’s one thing you’re deeply proud of — but would never put on your résumé? Being the captain of my basketball team at school.
