Grace runs by the motto ‘Bold is Beautiful’. At least, that’s what she says when asked what her personal style is. “Well my signature style is red lipstick and winged eyeliner but it’s hard to say what my sense of style is. I mean, I would say I have a very mixed sense of style, nothing I can specifically pin point and say ‘this is it’ but one thing it would be is bold.  Any of my outfit choices are, in general, very bold and that’s how I like it" 

Emphasising on style motto, Grace informs us she even plans to shave her head to support #braveshave for cancer. 

This week, Grace takes us through some of her favourite outfits for every occasion in life. 

Look 1 : White Dress  - Red Heels 

Well, this an evening wear outfit. It’s a vintage Marilyn Monroe inspired dress with a deep neckline and flared skirt. I paired with a bright red suede stiletto and red lipstick. It really makes the outfit pop because white is such a neutral colour and when paired with bright red you absolutely don’t need accessories to glam the outfit at all.  The red does it all. 

Look 2 : Maxi Dress 

This is a multi-coloured hippie like maxi dress with spaghetti straps. This is something I would wear for a weekend brunch with friends. It’s very feminine and comfy plus it’s super easy to wear! Because it’s just brunch with friends I topped it off with a pair of Arugam Bay slippers. 

Look 3 : Sleeveless Grey Dress 

This is my kind of office wear outfit. It’s a black and white checked dress with a slit in the back. I paired it with a white Dolce & Gabbana handbag and black 1.5” inch Charles and Keith heels. I think the whole outfit has diva written all over it! 

Style Role Model : I honestly have no clue! I don’t necessarily look up to anyone per se. I operate more along the lines of ‘if I like it, I’ll wear it’. 

Favourite Colours to Pair : Hmm, black and blue I guess. 

Go To Outfit : Pants! Skinny or loose or even leggings. I think comfort is very important and it’s so warm here most of the time so it’s something I feel comfortable in. For final touches it will get paired off with slippers. 

Style Must Have’s? 

- Red Lipstick 
- Blue Eyeliner 
- Heels 
- A whole lot of confidence and of course a smile on your face! 

Style Tip: Try the messy bun! Messy buns are the best!
