Hunt for the perfect Éclair

This week, we went on an Éclair hunt around town. Of course any large scale bakery at your lane-top is bound to have this puff with cream filling and chocolate topping; but when you crave for a good one who in fact rewards your taste buds and your money?

How can we trust your reporter's findings when it appears she has not done her basic research. It is not a puff but choux pastry. Is the chocolate dominant???? Unless there is a tiny drop of chocolate on top of the eclair twhich was not the case according to the pics I would not be using dominant as a description!. Nice try but you need to be think the subject matter through. Photos are crap
