You sure can give us an opinion on this week’s edition – it’s something every one of you has tried. Brownies!!  Of course there’s the good the bad and the ugly. I won’t be surprised if you say times you’ve tasted a PERFECT one are few and far apart.

It’s either too gooey or crunchy, not enough nuts, or too much, or it happened to be commonest tragedy – just too sweet!! So many places make home made, even customized brownies today, and they do have such an inimitable homespun taste.

I have to admit, the best brownie I’ve tasted so far was home made, and perhaps if this is the same for you, you know no restaurant can beat that! If you have any restaurants, or online ventures that you will recommend to our brownie-loving readers, do let us know!

Some sky-high priced brownies this week were perhaps duly explained by the nature of the restaurant’s customer base, but definitely not by its taste or portion size. It’s also not a great deal if you’re going to take-away the brownie, and you miss out on the ice cream but the price still stands.

Almost all restaurants that serve mains most positively have brownies on their dessert menu. You can let us know who’s offered to you the best deal, although when it some to something like a brownie, you’d rather dive in devour, some things can never be too pricey!

Sponge was a definite favourite, and is our pick this week. Paradise Road Gallery Café was such a close call, albeit the price.
