De Lanerolle Brothers’ Charity Show with Kumar Sangakkara

This theatric show will comprise a repertoire of the favourites of the De Lanerolle Brothers’ 60s and 70s music which have been performed by them locally and internationally.

After having had a successful tour in Singapore during Christmas last year comprising 5 concerts, the Brothers are back and ready to hit the stage in full gusto. The audience will also get a chance to witness a signature speech from Kumar Sangakkara.

The guest appearance by Rohan De Silva is cancelled as he will not be able to attend the show due to the postponement. As an added bonus, the audience will get a chance to have their photographs taken with the Brothers and Sanga.

Merchandise for sale will also be available with proceeds to be distributed between the two charities.
All proceeds from the concert will be distributed to Kumar Sangakkara’s charity ‘Bikes for Life’ and to the Deaf and Blind School in Ratmalana supported by the De Lanerolle Brothers.

‘Bikes for Life’ provides children in remote villages bicycles with which they are able to travel to and from school, paving way a foundation to cement the future of many young, bright minds and along with it the future of our country.

‘We felt that it is a need on our part to support and uplift such charitable work without burdening the state and so, through the collection from this concert, lives will be empowered and it’s a stepping stone for the nation to move forward,’ said Ishan.
