YUMI which  was opened and introduced to the sushi lovers last year is inviting everyone this September to try their latest promotion that includes the exquisite Salmon too good to not to be missed out on prepared simply by the best YUMI Chefs during Lunch & Dinner.

Looking at the menu from the Cold appetizers, we have got Salmon salad – fresh salmon with panko crunch and chef’s special sauce. Sashimi includes slices of fresh Salmon served with fresh Japanese horseradish and pickled ginger. Then there is Salmon Nigiri (fresh Salmon on a Japanese seasoned rice ball) and Ikura nigiri (fresh salmon roe on a Japanese seasoned rice ball). From the Maki there is Salmon maki (Fresh salmon in a roll of Japanese seasoned rice), Salmon avocado maki (fresh salmon and avocado in a roll of Japanese seasoned rice) and a Combination of Spicy maki (Salmon, Tuna, crab meat with Chef’s special sauce in a roll of seasoned rice). Also you should try out is the Salmon steak during the promotion.
