Dedicated fundraisers for an animal sanctuary in Sri Lanka have organised an evening of female front rock bands.
Denize Woodstock and Ria Parslow have organised Ladykillers, a gig fundraiser to raise funds for Animal SOS Sri Lanka, a UK based charity.
Two Non Blondes, Tequila Damned, Cherry Scream and Incarna as well as sexy burlesque dancers Bruise Violet and her Burlesque Beauties will be performing.
Ria is one half of Two Non Blondes and is a fellow animal lover and close friend of Denize.
This is the second gig fundraiser the two friends have organised, the first being a 90s Rock Revival, raising £2800.
Denize has been involved with the charity for four years and after a visit to the sanctuary in 2012 to volunteer, became a trustee.
The sanctuary, which has been running for four years, is on the south coast of Sri Lanka homing just over 500 dogs and around 30 cats and is dedicated to alleviating the widespread suffering of street animals.
There is also a silent auction as well as a fully licensed bar.
