How and when did you adopt training and a healthy lifestyle?
 
On an athletic foundation in school and in circuit level when I was 13
 
 
How do you stay motivated?
 
Psychological motivation through music, movies supported with my father’s persuasion
 
 
What types of exercises have worked best for you?
 
Speed training ladder, physical jerks, stamina building and short distance running exercises.
 
 
What does your diet consist of?
 
Red rice, cereals, meat, eggs comprising nutrients of carbs, proteins in addition to prescribed supplements
 
 
Top 3 favourite exercises?
 
Power cleaning, squatting and bench press
 
 
Do you like to listen to music whilst you train/exercise?
 
Yes of course!
 
 
What is your training routine like?
 
Daily training including pool, gym and ground practices
 
 
Have you had any setbacks in achieving your goal?
 
Yes but not very frequently

Through my performance in the Rugger field
