How and when did you adopt training and a healthy lifestyle?
It was after my knee surgery. After 9 months I had to go for physiotherapy and when I completed that time period, I was told by the doctors to go to a gym and do some exercises and recover my muscles in my injured leg!! Then when I started to go to the gym for my leg injury, I can say it all changed. It was then I started hardcore training.
How do you stay motivated?
I stay motivated mainly by watching a lot of videos and learning new techniques that is more efficient in growing muscle
What types of exercises have worked best for you?
When it comes to training I like to do a lot of chest work outs even though I’m weak in that area and that would be the bench press. And then again I would like almost any exercise which connects with biceps.
What does your diet consist of?
Food – I just love food. I think I’m young and I am not willing to sacrifice food for anything! So I pretty much eat anything and everything that I love, and name it, it could be oily food, desserts and I don’t know, I just eat anything and I’m loving it.
Top 3 favourite exercises?
Legs = squats
Arms = barbell curls
Back = Bent over Barbell rows
Do you like to listen to music whilst you train/exercise?
It depends on my mood. But there are times where I have listened to music. I would say it depends on my moods.
What is your training routine like?
I train different muscle groups in different days. Legs 1 day, then back another day, arms another day. I think it’s more efficient, and I see more results that way.
Have you had any setbacks in achieving your goal?
It wasn’t easy for me, to get back after an injury and then be a 100%. But now I think it’s worth it.
How do you measure your progress?
I like to take pictures of myself and compare them.

What are you favourite healthy foods?
I like to eat a lot of red meat with a lot of vegetables. Then soups.
