How and when did you start training and a healthy lifestyle?
 
I started fitness training before 16 months. I got interested in bodybuilding after my schooling.
 
 
What types of exercises have worked best for you?
 
Heavy weight exercises have worked best because my focus is to become a bodybuilder.
 
 
What does your diet consist of?
 
I eat foods which include more proteins and vitamins. I roughly have 6 meals per day.
 
 
Top 3 favourite exercises?
 
That would be squat, bench press and deadlift.
 
 
What is your training routine like?
 
I train every other day for about 2 1/2 hours in the evening.
 
 
What de-motivates you?
 
If I fail to do my exercises on a regular basis, that eventually brings me down.
 
 
Who are your favourite fitness models/athletes/idols?
 
Ronnie Coleman, Phil Heath and Lazzar Angelo.
