· How and when did you adopt training and a healthy lifestyle?
I started working out only a year or two back. I was quite fat and weighed more than 70kg. I dreamed of being a model and realised I will have to lose weight.
· How do you stay motivated?
When I see photos of other beautiful models, it really inspires me to stay fit!
· What types of cardio have worked best for you?
I started working out at home first and then at the gym. At the gym I work out as per the schedule and at home pushups, cycling and swimming helped me a lot.
· What does your diet consist of?
I’m not any particular kind of diet. I just eat healthy. I limit my portions and mostly have vegetables and fruits.
· How do you deal with cravings for junk food, sweet and salty foods?
I deal with it pretty well. I stay away from these because once I eat I always end up regretting it.
· Top 3 favourite exercises?
1. Swimming
2. Cycling

· Do you like to listen to music whilst you train/exercise?
Yes, a lot! I mostly listen to pop.
· Do you have a particular goal in mind?
At the moment no. I don’t want to lose too much weight. I just want to lose fat and gain muscles. So I’m not sure if this will change digits on my “weight.” As long as I have a fit body then the weight is not really a problem.
· Who are your favourite fitness models/athletes?
Definitely, Jacqueline Fernandez.
· What are you favourite healthy foods?
Salads and fruit juices.
