25 things you don’t know about Nadine Samarasinghe

 

Today I have young talent, who always and still wants to be a pop star, Nadine Samarasinghe. 

 

 

 

She’s been singing since she was seven, learning to play several different instruments, and practising her moves on stage, I’m sure you have seen her, pretty little petite girl.. 

Today she shares her 25, hope you enjoy!!.

 

1.     I would say I’m still like a kid (a result of being the only child!) and love it when my parents still treat me like I’m their little baby girl! 

 

2.     I believe that with God everything is possible and I thank him for everything he has done for me!

 

3.     Most people tend to think I m a bit reserved but really I’m just shy until I really get to know someone! 

 

4.     Singing is the one thing that makes me forget all my problems.

 

 

5.     My second most favourite thing after music would be “Fashion”. If I am online, I am definitely checking out clothes, shoes etc.…  (as a result don’t really end up saving much money either.. hahaha)

 

6.     My parents are the best in the world; I really owe everything to them!

 

7.     I like to cook when I’m stressed out, takes my mind of things and weirdly it relaxes me.

 

8.     Michael Jackson will be my most favourite artiste of all time.

 

9.     Whitney Houston and Alicia keys, they are my inspiration when it comes to singing!

 

10.  I get pretty nervous just before I get on stage to perform but once I’m on stage I’m so relaxed and I get lost in to a world of my own.

 

11. My loved ones are the most important in the world to me. I’ll do anything and whatever it takes for them.

 

 

12. I can get a bit clumsy at times, especially when I was back in school.  Few incidents I can remember which were very embarrassing! Sigh….

 

13. I love to dress up and I love my heels!

 

14.  Only reason I ever wanted to go to school was to go and sing in the choir; apart from that I was not a big fan of school. I would think of a million reasons not to go to school every morning. Unfortunately they hardly worked. Lol.

 

15. I love children, can’t wait to have my own one day!

 

16. Chinese food and chocolate - can’t live without them! Haha.

 

17. I would say I’m a very sensitive person and I’m not sure if that’s really a good thing.

 

18. When I don’t have anything to do at home and I’m bored, I like to eat nonstop (which is a bit scary and annoys my mum in the process).

 

19. There is a very special person in my life and I’m thankful to god for bringing him in to my life and I can’t imagine my life without him!

 

20. Did I say I love shopping?? Just checking hahaha..

 

21. I like watching horror movies but afterwards I can’t sleep at night for a while.. so I’m trying to avoid doing that in the future.

 

22. I m a big “One Tree Hill” fan… yes I know… I can get all soppy.

 

23.  99 percent of the time I end up crying while I watch romantic movies.. sigh…

 

24. I USED to have a soft toy that I sometimes used to talk to, haha. My mum took it away saying it’s time for me to grow up!

 

25.  I love to sleep.
