Tastin' France was held on Monday 29th November at Waters Edge Hotel. During this professional Tasting Event, 8 French producers from the main wine regions in France showcased more than 45 products. The French wine producers participated virtually.   

Tastin’France is an event organized by Business France, under the aegis of the French Ministry of Agriculture and Food,  bringing together passionate producers and professionals from all corners of the industry. In 2020 alone, despite unprecedented challenges due to lockdowns and the necessity of social distancing, Tastin’France has gathered hundreds of professionals in 30 different countries.

“Business France” or “Team France Export (TFE)” is the French Agency for International Business Development which comes under the aegis of Ministry for Economy & Finance in France. “Business France” is responsible for fostering export growth by French businesses, as well as promoting and facilitating international investment in France. It promotes France’s companies, business image, and nationwide attractiveness as an investment location, and also runs the VIE international internship programme. 

The Tastin’France event in Colombo was organized by the Embassy of France in Sri Lanka together with Business France Network in collaboration with its local official partner "Inter Lanka Services Pvt Ltd".
