views 41The Jax Dip, the ultimate Lucky Dip for needy children was launched at the Cinnamon Grand with sponsors, well-wishers and of course the Rescue Animals [ RAS ] team in attendance. Sadly the RAS mascot little Jax could not be present, but he was definitely there in spirit!
The Santapaws Xtravaganza which is definitely going to be the ‘Bazaar of the Season’, graced by HE Julie Chung as the Chief Guest, will take place on 1st December at the Atrium Lobby of the Cinnamon Grand from 10 am onwards, with over 50 stalls, selling everything you could possibly want for Christmas and the coming New Year!
The ‘Jax Dip’ which is a Lucky Dip named after the RAS mascot Jax, a miniature Dachshund whose spine is broken in three places, will be available at the Cinnamon Grand Lobby right up to the 17th of December and any donations of toys and children’s gifts – clothes in good condition, packaged and dried foodstuffs, etc, could be dropped into the box or else handed over to Founder RAS Anusha David or members of the RAS team by calling or messaging 0778264660, 0777555565, 0777366737, 0779082341, , or 0777585998. All of these will be handed over to the Children’s Ward of the Cancer Hospital and the Jinananda Children’s Orphanage in Wellawatte before 25th December.
Ladies', gents' and kids' clothing, a range of dolls, footwear, cosmetics, both Batik as well as regular saris, jewellery, skincare, dreamy nightwear, handmade designer handbags, accessories, homemade wines, chutneys and pickles, organic foods, Xmas décor, table and bed linen, cushions, arts & crafts, stationery and greeting cards, crochet and knitted products, scented candles, perfumes, health & gluten-free foods, Vegan foods, bath and body care, Xmas goodies, a range of speciality foods from the Cinnamon Grand, macramé, household items, and well just about everything you will need for a very Merry Christmas and a fabulous New Year will be on sale.
