Fabienne Francotte wanted to explore through painting and sculpture one of the ten words of the Francophonie 2023 (les dix mots de la Francophonie) : plus-que-parfait , in order to wonder about some of the following questions : what is perfect ? what is more than perfect and what is less than perfect ?
The exhibition will present the works produced by the participants during the artistic workshops. Some of Fabienne Francotte original works will be also presented. The exhibition is organised by the Alliance Française of Colombo together with the Embassy of France in Sri Lanka and the Maldives, and in partnership with the French International School of Colombo.
The multidisciplinary programme of Francophonie 2023 in Sri Lanka is organized by the diplomatic missions of Canada, Egypt, France and Switzerland, together with the Alliance Française in Sri Lanka (Colombo, Matara, Kandy), the French Teacher’s Association and the International French School of Colombo.
