Child actress Taruni Sachdev was as among those who died in a Nepal plane crash on Monday. Her sudden death has shocked many in the Indian film industry.

Taruni and her mother Geetha Sachdev were amongst the 15 killed in the plane crash that took place at the Jomsom Airport in Mustang district of Nepal.

The 14 year old shot to fame with a cameo in the Amitabh Bachchan starrer 'Paa' and had 50 other commercials to her credit. The young artist had also featured in several southern language films.

Abhishek Bachchan recently tweeted, "SHOCKED and very saddened to hear about the Nepal plane crash. Lost 1 of my cutest co-stars. Little Taruni Sachdev from PAA. Speechless."
