Are you a “people person”? Well I am nice to almost everyone.

How was it when you started the Bride and Groom magazine?

It was a new thing back then, and it was quite difficult to convince people of the value of a bridal magazine to people.

How has the competition treated you?

Some good and some bad! The competition that can’t maintain good standards in their work kills the industry.

What do you feel about the bridal industry in Sri Lanka?

Well from the suppliers point of view business is good! But there is lot of competition now and not like in the past. From a couple's point of view weddings are much easier now because everyone is quite professional and they know what needs to be done. There are more options available to them.

Who is your biggest strength?

My wife.

What keep you busy apart from work?

I like to watch movies, go on holidays with my family and hang out with friends.

What do you feel is your weakest quality?

Not sure really, maybe be mindful not to use the gent's bathroom?

During magazine printing time they would hear stress, stress and stress. Other times mostly relaxed.

Not sure if I want to be a cartoon but I’m a big fan of cartoons and animated movies such as Avatar the Last Airbender, Despicable Me, etc.
