What is your personal opinion about Sri Lanka and Sri Lankans?
I love your country. I have visited more than ten times. Colombo, Galle, Negombo and I look forward to visiting more and more places, especially Anuradhapura and Arugam Bay. I love the way Sri Lankans smile, they are always so warm and welcoming.
What is one of the things you would put on your “bucket” list?
To climb Mt Everest, and to sky dive in Australia
What is your dream job? And tell me about your new fashion career?
My dream job would be to become a fine actor in significant films, to inspire a generation. I love the world of fashion - it has given me a lot. It has taught me the value of hard work and dedication.
What last made you laugh?
Big Bang Theory is a show that makes me laugh every day.

I'm seen as a jovial, happy go lucky guy who spreads smiles and good cheer.

I love the international feel of CFW. Ajai Vir Singh and Dirk Flamer-Caldera have put Colombo on the international fashion map.
How has life changed before and after winning your title?
Celebrity was the biggest reward! Respect comes with a title and I love the attention it gets me.
Biggest disaster on the ramp?
I was wearing a dhoti for a show that was tied improperly and during the show it descended around my ankles. I smartly stepped out of it and kept walking. Thank God I was wearing my Calvin Kleins.
What’s new for 2015?
Movies! I'm training to be an actor and auditions have become my life! With all your blessings I will sign my first film in 2015!

If you had a chance for a “do-over” in life, what would you do differently?
I wouldn't change a thing. I'm unique in my own way - if it's brought me this far why change anything?
If you could change something about yourself, what would it be and why?
I'd like to read more! There just isn't enough time to read all the books I want to read.

If you could throw any kind of party, what would it be like and what would it be for?
This Christmas I'm throwing a party for kids in an orphanage in Bangalore with some friends of mine. The little kids sit on my lap and I feed them cake. We do this every year.

A cow. Fresh milk every day!
