Summaiya Zaheen is a gorgeous and skilled makeup artist who doesn’t like to limit herself to a single area. This 23 year old is the proud owner of “Meraki”. 

We decided to seek her opinion on how to turn heads when walking into a Halloween party. And she let us in on her secret.
